It was my first appointment at Envisage and meeting the dentist Daniel. He was excellent, very professional and friendly. Daniel explained the problems I have had and discussed the solutions and treatment plan options.

Timing was good. Everything went well

My Maryland bridge tooth fell out the previous evening and the reception team were able to fit me in the following morning as an emergency appointment. This was a great relief hence my highly satisfied scores.

I have been a patient at ENVISAGE Emsworth for at least 10years. This clinic is by far the most professional, helpful and friendly Dental clinic I have ever been to and I am 70. I never worry about my teeth now,I know that whatever happens there will be a painless solution and that if I am in pain I will be seen on the day I ring. Consequently my teeth are in splendid health which they definitely were not when I-started attending Envisage Emsworth.

Nothing could have been done better.

The hygienist (Tara) was was fantastic, as usual. She's kind and considerate, and so reassuring. I can't fault her. It was good to see the horrible screen turned off in the waiting room too - I would much rather listen to relaxing radio 2 than see a harsh screen with depressing news on repeat. Please keep the radio and ditch the screen!

Upon arrival you always receive a friendly greeting from the reception staff. As a nervous patient Tara constantly reassures you ensuring my hygiene appointment is as pleasant as possible.

The experience at the reception desk is always cheerful and efficient. After a relatively short wait in the waiting room you are collected by the dentist and taken to the treatment room. Stephen McRory who has looked after my teeth for a couple of years now explains everything he plans to do in some detail and then subsequently debriefs you on what he has found and fields any questions you may have. The dental nurse who subsequently treated my teeth is equally helpful and informative. Before departing, the reception team set up one's next appointment. Altogether a customer-focused experience.

They talk you through what they are going to do. All the staff are so very friendly and welcoming. Nothing seems to much bother if you request something. Highly recommend this dentist .

I place my total trust in the excellent treatment I receive in this Dental surgery as I have done for over 20 years. I have always had a fear of dentists from dreadful childhood experiences however the calming professional and friendly approach here has overcome such fear. I now bring my 2 Granddaughters here too.
