Celehte Fortuin - Dentist

Our ‘Diving Dentist’ Celehte, with over twenty years’ experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams, is now calling Emsworth home. She has quickly become a well-liked member of our team, known for her non-judgmental, gentle attitude and genuine love and care for her patients. She has converted many of our nervous patients and is actively sought out by similar patients in the local area. 

Celehte has undertaken post-graduate diploma courses in restorative dentistry and periodontal disease with a focus on restoring function in line with patients’ aesthetic considerations. She believes in a holistic approach to patients’ health, encouraging patients to be proactive in their oral health and giving them back the power to make informed decisions for their care. 

Celehte is also a passionate Scuba diver, with qualifications as a cave and technical diver, alongside her Divemaster achievement. For the past ten years she has a regular column in London’s Hyperbaric Chamber magazine ‘Tanked Up’, as their ‘Diving Dentist’. She is the go-to person for any dive/tooth/face related queries, a field known as Barodontology.
